Mr. Pomerantz testified at a trial involving a claim of adverse
possession to a municipal street. His testimony formed the basis of a
favorable outcome for his client, the Village of Westhampton Beach.

Mr. Pomerantz's research and analysis persuaded the East Hampton
Architectural Review Board to rescind a permit for an already
completed structure due to a complete failure of title to the land
upon which the structure was built.
